From the Heart

How to be in Our Hearts...

We can use our relatiinships to expand our hearts thus find a new way to relate.  If we can resolve our shit. while in a relationship,  we don't have to take it (our shit) into another relationship if that’s what we choose to do.  The traditional way to end relationships is to  disconnect be done and  cleanly finish.  When we do this, we loose the very mirror that can help us see ourselves in crisis.   Chances are, we will just start over  from where we left off working with another partner  from a new zero point.  If your partner is a trusting and safe person, then you have an opportuinty to  transmute the relationship into something greater.

Another component is anger.  If we can learn to difuse our anger in a healthy way, we can dive deep into the emotion feeling it fully having it work for us.    Anger is a healthy emotion and important in our process.  If discharged in a healthy way to an inanimate objects verses shooting into another soul it can be a powerful tool in moving forward fast.   Once anger is discharged, one can start to have productive communications.

An Open Letter to my Conscious Partner

Dear Conscious Partner (whoever, wherever you are),

Let me be blunt, clear, and straightforward, so that you may deeply understand what I desire. Let me also say that this path is not for the faint of heart, so if by reading this you begin to dismiss my words or tell me this isn't possible, then I know you aren't ready to hear this and this may not be your path.

The Egg ~ A View of Death

The Egg
By: Andy Weir

You were on your way home when you died.
It was a car accident. Nothing particularly remarkable, but fatal nonetheless. You left behind a wife and two children. It was a painless death. The EMTs tried their best to save you, but to no avail. Your body was so utterly shattered you were better off, trust me.
